The Tourism Action Club of I.C.H.S, in attempt to fulfill aims and objectives of the constitution of Tourism Clubs set by the Jamaica Tourist Board, undertook a clean-up project in November of the year 2013. The third objective of the TAC constitution requires clubs to ‘develop programmes to meet the needs of its members in keeping with developmental goals and the aspirations of the nation. Through an organized geography room and garbage clean up the girls were taught the importance of having respect for the environment and keeping ones surrounding clean, a quality that we hope they maintain when they leave this wonderful institution to contribute to the nations development." - President Janiel Wright.
